The Mystaire My-PCR workstation is a compact laminar flow enclosure that protects against contamination during PCR runs. To prevent contaminants from entering the work area, this PCR hood maintains a positive pressure with HEPA-filtered air. The interior of the Mystaire PCR workstation gives you ample workspace, with a port for electrical cords, and an integrated UV-permitting storage shelf with integrated slots for 4 pipettes.

This My-PCR Work Prep Station is built from clear polycarbonate and a polypropylene worksurface, that’s thermally fused and chemical resistant, for easy cleaning after an amplification. To further help keep contamination at bay this PCR hood features a shortwave UV lamp with a 0-15 minute timer. The UV exposure bathes the chamber and its contents in the light, cleaning everything at once. To cover the work area, there is clear polycarbonate access with a 10” overlapping sash and a safety position switch that cuts out the UV lamp when opened to protect the user.
