Thermo Scientific Nanodrop One Spectrophotometer
The Nanodrop OneC Spectrophotometer provides microvolume, UV-Vis reading, and innovative sample intelligence technology. This standalone UV-Vis Spectrophotometer helps quantify and qualify DNA, RNA, and protein samples using a scant 1-2 µL, saving you costs downstream. The Nanodrop One C has a more comprehensive dynamic range for highly concentrated samples (dsDNA at 27,500 ng/µL) and features a position for both pedestal and a cuvette, with temperature control and stirring, giving users the best flexibility. The broad spectral range of this UV-vis spectrophotometer, from 190 to 850 nm, means it’s ideal for sample types such as peptides, DNA, RNA, Toxicology Assays, gold nanoparticles, and optical density measurements.
The Nanodrop One C Spectrophotometer features a high-resolution, 7-inch touchscreen interface that helps guide users through setups, with an integrated learning center, and provides instant feedback on sample quality. The spectrophotometer’s integrated Android tablet allows for seamless data transfer via wireless Ethernet or USB without the need for a separate computer.
This Nanodrop Onec spectrophotometer comes equipped with Acclaro Technology, which identifies contaminants early and helps to save days of troubleshooting and verifying samples in seconds. In addition, the Nanodrop One has a powerful auto-range path length finder for accurate measurements without diluting. Data can be viewed, organized, and shared to a PC or a printer or viewed 24/7 from anywhere on any smart device using the innovative Nanodrop App or through connected Thermo Fisher Cloud Accounts.
