The Innova 42 Incubator Shaker is flexible and easy to program, allowing users to choose straight shaking, temperature control with heating or cooling, or a combination. The compact footprint is still large enough to accommodate flasks as large as 6L. It has a large viewing window and internal light to monitor progress without disturbing the environment. This incubator shaker uses a cast iron triple eccentric counterbalanced drive that gives users vibration-free operation. The Eppendorf Innova 42 can also be stacked two high to help maximize the footprint in the lab. When stacked, the maximum RPM is 300.

Precise temperature control is a microprocessor managed through the digital control panel for flexible programming and uniformity. The controls are located at the top of this lab incubator for easy access, even when stacked. Users can set their speeds, their temperature between ambient and 80°C, and a timer up to 99.9 hours. Programming is simple, and the unit features either a constant speed and temperature mode or holds up to 4 programs with 15 steps each. Flasks can be arranged on the universal platform, easily accommodating four x5L or 2 x 6 L flasks. To prevent damage to components, this Innova shaker has a spill diverter and a spill pan that can double as a water reservoir.
