The Nuaire Glacier -86C Ultra-low Temperature Freezer holds your research, clinical, and industrial samples in steady, reliable long-term storage in an ultra-low temperature environment. This -86° freezer utilizes a cascade refrigeration system with dual compressors that run high and low-temperature stage refrigerants for fast temperature recovery, and overall stability.

This upright freezer is ergonomic with a one-handed door latch, and positive seal gasket with an eye-level microprocessor-controlled LED display. From this control panel of this Nuaire deep freezer users can set parameters and high and low-temperature thresholds, as well as view alarms for power failure, filter check, and battery and filter life. This ultra-low temperature freezer also features insulated and gasketed inner doors, maximizing temperature retention during openings. The Glacier series has a vacuum relief valve to help with easy in-and-out sample retrieval.

This Nuaire Deep Freezer has quiet operation thanks to noise reduction insulation and a special compressor fan design, putting it at a very quiet 51 decibels. The temperature range of this upright freezer is from -50 to -86°C, maintained through 5” foamed-in-place insulation. This upright freezer features a voltage buck and booster to help maintain proper operation across multiple voltages. Inside this laboratory freezer, users will find multiple access ports for CO2 backup and for recording. Remote alarm contacts are also available for added security.
