The NuAire Airegard Laminar Flow Hood is a Horizontal Laminar Flow Clean Workstation for ISO class 5 conditions that are required. This biosafety cabinet is an ideal choice for the preparation of injectable drugs, compounding sterile drug preparations, IV solutions, tissue culture, optics, microelectronics, and more. The 4ft Nuaire bench provides a HEPA-filtered clean work area with true laminar airflow, and a large 99.99% HEPA filter. This NU-240 Nuaire Laminar Flow Hood features the Aeromax control system that visualizes pressure in the internal airflow and monitors performance.

The laminar hood also features a HEPEX zero leak plenum, pre-filters, a single DC ECM motor, and stainless steel work zone for easy cleaning. The Energy Saver powerful blower motor takes in dirty room air, passes it through the HEPA filtration system, and passes clean air over the work area keeping it particle and bacteria-free while conserving energy and minimizing noise. Please note, since the NU-240 horizontal flow offers no personnel protection this clean bench should not be used for any work that involves biological agents assigned a level of Risk 1 through 4 as classified by the Centers for Disease Control.
