Olympus CKX31 Inverted Phase Contrast Microscope

The CKX31 Inverted Microscope is a compact simple use lab microscope with phase contrast capability. This inverted microscope takes up a scant 1.3 sq ft the compact nature of this inverted microscope means it should fit easily in a cell culture clean bench or right next to an incubator, saving you time transporting samples. The Olympus relief contrast of this compound microscope increases visibility with non-glass cell culture vessels and improves productivity with its pre-centered slider. This pre-centered phase contrast slider eliminates the task of centering and exchanging ring slits when changing magnification, cutting down the amount of optical adjustment. The Olympus CKX31 Phase Contrast Microscope has a fixed binocular head and requires minimal optical adjustments and uses a simple, partnered with UIS2 optics. Together they improve flatness by 10 to 15% for high contrast images over the whole field of view.
