This PCR Workstation is built to provide an enclosed work area for amplification processes, that’s easy to decontaminate and prevents cross-contamination. The generous work area of this PCR Hood has been thoughtfully designed with a 28 x 19” stainless steel surface for easy cleaning, removable shelving at the rear, and 4 outlets for necessary equipment. This feature allows you to perform several steps in your workflow without changing locations. The installed UV lamp in this PCR cabinet provides germicidal controls and can be set on a timer for 5 to 30 minutes. This PCR workstation also features UV-treated air recirculation, to inactivate airborne contaminants to help control contamination while in use, not just during downtime.

The PCR hood has microprocessor control and digital operation, with an easy-to-use command center. From this command center users can see operating times, program their off-hour decontamination settings, and check UV recirculation status. The high-quality materials and user safety features of this PCR cabinet help protect users throughout the day. 8mm thick, ethanol-resistant front and side panels of the cabinet absorb the UV and an electromagnetic cut-out that shuts off the UV if the front panel is open.  All of our lab equipment comes backed by our standard warranty.  Should you have any questions about this item, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
