Description
Plas Labs PCR Enclosure
The Plas Labs PCR Enclosure provides a dedicated enclosure built to improve the accuracy of PCR applications with integrated decontamination. This PCR chamber features a timed 254 nm UV germicidal lamp that decontaminates all exposed surfaces within the hood. Users can access the interior of this PCR hood through the two swing doors, one on either side of the unit with self-closing hinges. To protect users, the doors also feature proximity sensors to disable the UV system. The front panel is .375” thick clear acrylic and offers Beta Ray protection. The interior of this PCR hood has a built-in spill guard tray for easy cleaning and an adjustable height shelf to store items and pipettes. The body of this PCR Chamber is separated from the base to allow larger equipment installation.
