Applied Biosystems Proflex PCR System

The Proflex PCR System offers robust, flexible, and scalable performance. This thermal cycler is user-friendly, with a microprocessor-controlled graphic interface built to get you up and running fast. This touch-based large screen can even guide you through thermal simulation modes to simulate your old instrument.

The Applied Biosystems Proflex Thermal Cycler has features such as protection against accidental overriding and an auto restart during a power failure. This modular thermal cycler can flex up or down depending on your needs; pop out the 96-well block and replace it with any other configuration. The Thermo Proflex PCR system has two fast and standard reaction speeds for added flexibility: a sample volume range between 10-80 µl and a temperature range between 0-100°C with a peak block ramp rate of 6.0°C/sec.
