Qiagen Rotor Gene Q 5 Plex Real Time PCR

The Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q is a 5-plex real-time PCR system with outstanding performance and a wide optical range, supporting up to 5 channels from UV to infrared wavelengths. This low-maintenance RT-PCR system features a unique rotary design that provides centrifugal force for precise and versatile real-time thermal cycling. With uniform optical detection, this rotary action spins each tube at the same temperature for highly sensitive, rapid results without the sample-to-sample variation you get from block-based instruments. Tube-to-tube variation of this rotary qPCR is ±0.02°C, and is capable of fast ramping, with ignorable equilibration times for short run-times.

The Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q RT PCR system has five color channels: green, yellow, orange, red, and crimson, and utilizes user-friendly software. This software allows users to create new excitation and detection wavelength combinations, making it compatible with current and future dyes and keeping you ahead of the game. With no moving parts to change, this reliable PCR system will keep you up and running for years to come, including opticals that don’t require calibration and LEDs that are stable and long-lasting.
