The Quantek 905 is a portable, benchtop Headspace Oxygen Analyzer ideal for measuring residual oxygen in gas-flushed food packages in the lab or on a packaging line. This o2 analyzer features high-end rugged construction with a metal enclosure for great durability. To operate this oxygen analyzer for food packaging, users place foam septa on the package they wish to test and insert the needle through. The pump draws a sample from the package. An oxygen measurement is usually returned within 15-20 seconds depending on the size and rigidness of the packaging.

The Quantek 905 Headspace Oxygen Analyzer is low-cost to operate and is unaffected by background gasses like CO2 and Nitrogen, or by trace hydrocarbons. The sensor can read very high-level oxygen concentrations between 50 to 100% without overloading. The resolution shown on the LCD display reads out to 0.1% and has a minimum detection limit of 0.1%.
