The Repligen KR2I Tangential Flow Filtration System is built for research and process development at 2 mL to 25 mL volumes, and works with hollow fiber and flat sheet filters.  This TFF system is plug-and-play and fully configurable, allowing users to add or remove components to meet their needs. The KrosFlo KR2I has walk away automation, and 13 automated process control modes and the Automatic Back Pressure valve that eliminates the need to tweek a screw clamp  This reduces operators hands on time and improves reproducibility.

The Repligen KR2I Tangential Flow Filtration System provides fast, gentle diafiltration and ultrafiltration with maximized product recovery for small applications. The whole system is supported by powerful KF Comm 2 software, which automatically graphs run data for users, including specifics like flow rates and inlet, retentate, and transmembrane pressures, into a spreadsheet for analysis.

On the instrument itself, an easy-to-read, backlit, graphics-based touch screen digital display that allows users to monitor recirculation flow rate and pressures in real-time. This TFF system comes equipped with Hollow Fiber filtration modules. The hollow fiber modules of this ultrafiltration system give you a gentle separation while avoiding membrane fouling and recouping maximum product. By using a disposable flow path, users avoid cross-contamination worries and the hassle of revalidating modules before the next run, giving you faster turnarounds and results you can count on.
