Sartorius Incucyte S3 Live Cell Analysis System

The Sartorius IncuCyte S3 provides your lab with the unique ability to document cells in a physiologically relevant environment. This imager allows users to capture and analyze cell health, observe complex functional assays, and more with up to two fluoresce and HD phase channels. The Incucyte IC51300 uses green and red colors, in addition to high-definition phase contrast imaging, with 4X, 10X, and 20X objectives set on an automated turret.

The Sartorius IncuCyte S3 has three interchangeable trays and is compatible with over 700 vessels, such as flasks, dishes, microplates, slides, and more, for the best flexibility. Each panel can hold up to 6 microplates, allowing users to do multiple runs in parallel. The compact system can be set within an incubator larger than 200 L and up to 45°C. The optics move below the vessels to keep cells undisturbed, so users can capture changes in biology while keeping the environment stable.

The Sartorius IncuCyte S3 capture analysis software features a robust application suite and supports multiple users, even remotely. Cells can be monitored and analyzed around the clock for days and even months. Users can also schedule experiments with different image captures and magnifications in parallel. The user-friendly interface is simple to set up and flexible.
