Users can swap out the silicone cups at the top to suit their application.

The Scientific Industries Vortex Genie 2T has an added timer function, enabling 1-60 operation in addition to touch functionality. The Vortex Genie II Digital also has an added timer function, enabling 1-99 seconds or 1-99 minutes of operation in addition to touch functionality.

This vortex mixer has 10 speeds adjusted at the dial in the front for a range of between a gentle 600 to a more vigorous 3200 RPM.
