SciLog Chemtec Metering System

The SciLog ChemTec Metering System is a robust Peristaltic Pump used for a wide range of applications including Bioreactor and Fermenter Feeding.  The Metering System includes built-in hardware and software to optimize and automate your setup.  The ChemTec pump regulates feed and flow rate that’s been preset by the user while documenting metering by volume or rate.  The SciLog ChemTec Peristaltic Pump can monitor pH, or Biomass through an external IO port located on the rear of the metering system.

Another feature includes pressure control and monitoring of your process through the three RJ45 pressure connections.  Use disposable pressure sensors when monitoring with a range of zero to sixty PSI.  This feed metering system includes a Piggyback Tandem Easy-Load II heads, for maximizing your flow.  The ChemTec Peristaltic Pump has a couple of programmable modes such Tandem which is user-defined by volume or weight, Feed and Bleed for maintaining constant reaction volume, and Mass-Flow Feed.
