The Stirling Ultracold ULT Freezer SU780XLE delivers high performance with a focus on environmental sustainability. The Stirling ultracold gives you long-term storage conditions that are environmentally friendly and ultra-energy-efficient, and it has ultra-low temperatures, all without using a standard compressor. The system cools from ambient to -80 in less than 6.5 hours and recovers temperatures after door openings in just 35 minutes while using 70-75% less energy than a standard ULT Freezer.

This innovative system is based around an ethane refrigerant and a free-piston Stirling engine, with continuous modulation, that eliminates on-off cycling for unparalleled performance over a wide temperature range, -20 °C to -86 °C. The Stirling SU780XLE also has a large capacity at a whopping 27.5 cu. ft. (780Liter), allowing you to store up to 600 2ml boxes. That’s over 1/3rd more boxes per square foot of floor space. This -80°C Freezer is a microprocessor controlled by a secure touchpad panel with optional pin access and a graphic interface that allows users to set their parameters, view statuses, and control alarms. The additional features for this ultra-low temp freezer are a lockable door for added security, a 30-day event log displayed graphically, and a backup 12-hour battery for the touchscreen.
