Agilent SureCycler 8800 Thermal Cycler

The Surecycler 8800 from Agilent Technologies is a PCR Thermal Cycler built to handle even the most complex thermal cycling techniques with a user-friendly interface. The Agilent Surecycler comes pre-loaded with 10,000 protocols, including time and temperature increments, touchdown PCR, and temperature gradients. Users can also use the Program Wizard that can create PCR protocols automatically from primer and template information.

The Agilent Surecycler 8800 utilizes Agilent’s extensive reagent portfolio and innovative enzymes, to create high-speed reactions. The interchangeable block system allows for flexible volumes and excellent gradient functionality for faster protocol development and unique applications. The block ramp rate is 6°C/ sec for 96 well or 4°C for 384 well. The block temperature range can be set between 4-99°C, with a gradient range of 30-99°C.
