The Talboys Benchtop Incubator Shaker is a great choice when the need arises for a stable temperature-controlled environment. This benchtop incubator shaker is ready to go for microplates and can be expanded to accommodate centrifuge tubes, vials, culture tubes or even micro-tubes. This benchtop orbital shaker has a small footprint, keeping in mind lab bench space and can be transported easily if the need arises.

The unit is controlled by a microprocessor front tactile key panel. The LED displays time, speed, and temperature independently, allowing a user to view all setpoints at once.   The PID temperature controller maintains the chamber’s temperature precisely from 10°C below ambient room temperature up to 65 °C.  When the Temperature is over 40°C a symbol on the control panel illuminates to alert the user of hot temperatures.

The incubating microplate shaker has a triple eccentric drive allowing a smooth rotation.  The benchtop orbital shaker incubator has maintenance-free lubricated ball bearings and a brushless DC motor. In the event of an obstruction of the platform, the incubator orbital shaker will signal to the user visual and audible alarms. The platform slowly increases to the desired set-point to avoid liquids from overflowing and making a mess. In the event of spillage, the chamber channels fluids away from sensitive component. A timer alarm will sound when a run is complete, and the platform will slowly come back down to a standstill.
