Tecan NanoQuant Plate
A Tecan NanoQuant Plate is an effective tool for your Tecan Infinite microplate readers, that allow for parallel measurement of 16 different samples at once saving time and money. This plate quantifies small amounts, 2 μl of nucleic acid absorbance mode, and measures the labeling efficiency of nucleic acids labeled with fluorescent dyes. Measurements are controlled through Tecan’s i-control software, and then automatically performs a content and purity check with a 260/280 ratio and populates the information to an excel spreadsheet. A quality control check is also automatically performed simultaneously with a blanking measurement to alert users to any pipetting or cleaning errors.
