Thermo Evolution 300 UV/Vis Spectrophotometer
The Thermo Evolution 300 is a high-performance UV-vis spectrophotometer used to measure UV to infrared light with a wavelength range from 190 to 1100nm. This spectrophotometer covers a wide variety of applications designed for pharmaceutical, biochemistry, and life sciences research. The Evolution 300 from Thermo Scientific is controlled by VisionSecurity software which includes an easy-to-use automated wizard to assist the user with setting up and customizing assays. Some of the more popular assays used with this Spectrophotometer include Nucleic Acid Test, Kinetics, Protein Concentration, Thermal Denaturation, Thermo Renaturation, Quantitative Analysis, and more.
The Thermo Scientific Evolution 300 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer uses a powerful pulsing Xenon lamp along with a variable bandwidth platform making it one of the most sensitive absorbance spectrophotometers in today’s market. This instrument works well with QA and QC applications along with five variable spectral bandwidth settings. This robust spectrophotometer has an acquisition rate of 50 data points per second and is ready to use out of the gates. No more waiting to warm the system up before use. The Evolution series VisionSecurity software accompanying this system is 21 CFR Part 11 compliance allowing to submit data for audit trail.
