Thermo Explosion-Proof Refrigerator
The Thermo Scientific Explosion-Proof Refrigerator Freezer is designed for environments handling Class I, Division I Group C and D hazardous materials. This lab Refrigerator Freezer prevents the triggering of an explosion, inside or outside the unit, with particular attention to construction and power. This Thermo specialty purpose refrigerator features a vapor-free enclosed, external hydraulic thermostat and isolated compressor and should be hardwired into the wall.
The Thermo Scientific Explosion Proof Refrigerator has a positive door seal thanks to magnetic vinyl gaskets, which use a CFC-free refrigeration system and insulation. This Lab Refrigerator has a spark-free interior and exterior. It has an overall volume of 10 cu ft, with two cu ft of freezer chamber and eight cu ft for the refrigerator portion. The lab freezer has a range of -12° to -20°C, and the refrigerator can reach between 1° to 12°C.
