The copper interior of this CO2 incubator is ideal for controlling contamination factors, as its innately fungicidal and bactericidal, while also being an excellent heat conductor. The Heracell 240 also features a built-in ContraCon 90°C decontamination routine to eliminate contaminating organisms effectively for a sterile environment. Contamination control is a theme throughout the entire incubator, with fewer surfaces than competitors’ incubators and snap-in shelving that eliminates potential contamination traps of screws or bolts.

The Thermo HeraCell 240 CO2 Incubator has microprocessor controls and an easy-to-read digital interface that allows users to set their parameters and alarms easily.
