Thermo Kingfisher Duo Prime Purification System – 2024
The Thermo Kingfisher Duo Prime Purification System provides your lab with quality nucleic acids of high yields. This compact prime purification system has excellent reproducibility and minimal hands-on time, freeing you up for other tasks. The Kingfisher Duo Prime isolates DNA, RNA, and proteins from various starting materials, with a volume up to 5 mL. Materials include cell-free body fluids, blood, bacteria, cell cultures, tissue, and plant samples.
The Duo Prime Purification System uses automated bead technology for excellent recovery, reproducibility, and efficiency. This DNA extraction system also has a built-in UV lamp for easy decontamination, up to 16 hours. The Duo Prime has built-in memory space for around 200 protocols and can process up to 12 samples per run with a 12-pin head or up to 6 with a 6-pin head.
