Thermo MultiSkan SkyHigh Plate Reader
The Thermo Multiskan SkyHigh Microplate Spectrophotometer is a reliable instrument that is easy to use and convenient for photometric research. This UV/Vis spectrophotometer is ideal for almost any photometric research application but particularly excels in DNA, RNA, and protein analysis and turbidity measurements. The Multiskan SkyHigh offers incubation and shaking within the instrument for cell-based or temperature-critical assays. It is controlled through a connected PC loaded with the robust Thermo Scientific SkanIt Software.
The Multiskan Sky High Spectrophotometer features a monochromator-based optical system that allows for selecting wavelengths from 200nm to 1000nm and is compatible with 6-48, 96—and 384-well microplates. This spectrophotometer is fast, producing a full spectrum of a well in less than 10 seconds, and a full 96-well microplate can be read with one wavelength in 6 seconds. For easy access to data, the Multiskan SkyHigh can access Thermo Fisher Connect and Microsoft One-Drive cloud-based tools.
