The Thermo Revco RLE ULT Freezer RLE50086A is a tightly controlled energy-efficient ultra-low freezer. The RLE series freezer has many features such as VIP insulation, combined with water-blown polyurethane foam with 2 stage natural refrigerants to bring you a slow warm-up time and a peak variation of less than 5°C throughout the cabinet. This 24.1 cu. ft. ULT freezer is built to hold up to 500 2-inch boxes, for a vial capacity of up to 50,000 2ml vials. The RLE Freezer is also compatible with most racking systems including the full range of Thermo racks for various labware.

The V Drive adaptive control system is at the core of the energy efficiency of this ultra-low temperature freezer, by detecting usage patterns and door openings versus periods of stability, kicking the compressor up or down to meet the needs, and save energy. It also translates to lower operating costs and less heat in the workplace lowering HVAC needs. This Ultra Low freezer also has various ergonomic features such as an easy to open handle and shelf-level placement for more comfortable loading and unloading.

This command center guides users through a step-by-step setup that helps them access event logs, and download data through the built-in USB port. The data logging of the RLE50086A also means the need for a separate chart recorder is eliminated. This Thermo Freezer is also Devicelink and Smart Vue compatible for a cloud-based level of remote access and control.
