The Thermo Scientific Sorvall RC 6 Plus is a superspeed refrigerated floor centrifuge ideal for high-precision operations and throughput needs. It has a 4-liter capacity, can maintain temperatures between -20° and +40°C, and has a precool function for temperature-sensitive samples. This superspeed centrifuge has a limit of 22,000 RPM and an RCF of 55,200 x g.
The Sorvall RC6 Plus has an easy-to-operate digital control with a touch keypad. It holds up to 30 user-defined programs that can be password-protected to safeguard against error in a multi-user lab. Users can select their rotor, desired speed, and time from this command center and control acceleration and breaking for delicate tasks. This Sorvall centrifuge also has step-run and slow start/stop modes to ensure precise, reproducible separations..
