Thermo Sorvall ST40R Refrigerated Centrifuge
The Thermo Sorvall ST40R Refrigerated Centrifuge offers you greater capacity for your samples with the safety you expect from Thermo Scientific. The tabletop centrifuge can hold up to 4 Liters, 40% more conical tubes, and 100% more blood tubes than competitive models. This Sorvall ST 40R centrifuge has a max speed of 15200 RPM and a max RCF of 25314 x g. To protect temperature-sensitive samples during a run, this benchtop centrifuge also has a programmable temperature range of -10°C + 40°C.
The Thermo Sorvall ST 40R Centrifuge is a microprocessor-controlled for precise, repeatable runs, with 9 acceleration and 10 deceleration profiles, and can hold 6 programs in the memory. This tabletop centrifuge has a timer that runs up to 9 hours and 99 minutes or can be used with the HOLD function. The whisper-quiet motor is a direct, brushless induction drive with a dBA of under 61 so you have it nearby without being too much of a distraction.
