Thermo Varioskan LUX Multimode Microplate Reader
The Thermo Varioskan LUX is a Multimode Microplate Reader that offers users a flexible range of measurement technologies with a user-friendly setup. This Varioskan plate reader handles Absorbance and Fluorescence Intensity (top and bottom). This LUX has an absorbance wavelength range of 200-1000nm, and a FI range of 200-1000nm ex and 270-840nm em. The Varioskan LUX is also modular so this powerful plate reader can expand as your needs change.
The smart safety controls and automatic dynamic range selection of this Varioskan LUX help simplify workflow and help avoid experimental errors. To help optimize assays, there’s also a spectral scanning function, and automated instrument calibration with self-diagnostics to keep the instrument in tip-top shape.
The Thermo Varioskan LUX is paired with the powerful and user-friendly SkanIt Software, providing excellent usability and flexibility. This software has time-saving features such as a virtual pipetting tool to plate your plate layout, continual measurement data saving, and simplified data export with multiple file options. This robust software shows real-time spectra and kinetic curves during the measurement has built-in calculations for data analysis and produce thorough result reports with traceability to runtime actions and settings.
