Thermolyne Muffle Furnace
The Thermolyne Muffle Furnace is a benchtop model with digitally controlled and high temperatures for gravimetric analysis, ashing, sintering, quantitative analysis, and heat-treating use. This Thermo Scientific muffle furnace reaches temperatures of up to 1200° with an easy-to-use controller that shows both the set point and the actual temperature.
This Thermo Scientific muffle furnace also features a thermocouple break that cuts power in the event of a thermal runaway condition and a safety switch that stops power to the elements when the door is opened. Ceramic insulation helps to maintain maximum efficient heating and temperature retention, with heating elements on the top bottom, and side of the furnace. At the rear is a 0.38 in diameter port for an independent monitoring device.
