The Thurmed Tetras Peptide Synthesizer offers users a cost-effective, easy-to-use method of peptide synthesis with low-cost bulk chemicals and consumables. This asynchronous peptide instrument can execute independent synthesis with variations in scale, activation, sequences, and length. This flexibility and modular design means little to no downtime, and maximized productivity.

The Thurmed Tetras Peptide Synthesizer can run up to 106 variable scale and chemistry peptides at a time. These 106 small reactors hold 3-4mL or select up to 35 medium-sized at 25mL, or 21 large at 43 mL. The digitally metered control pumps inject through 32 separate stations each can be either internally supplied or externally without volume limit. Dispense volumes are accurate down to .05ml, with a dispense rate of 25 mL/minute. This peptide instrument is controlled through TetrasUI Software with preloaded protocols, with the ability to customize and define preferred protocols based on chemistry preferences. As the peptides are completed, the Tetras can be paused momentarily for removal.
