Tubewriter 360 Vial Labeling System

The Tubewriter 360 is a Vial Labeling System built to speed up the workflow of clinical labs, cell banks, and much more. With rapid efficiency, the tube writer prints directly on various vessels, including tubes, cassettes, microplates, slides, vials, and multiple surface materials. The ink-jet delivery works with your workflow, providing data matrix barcodes, chip markings, component markings, and production labels that hold up against manufacturing chemicals, a wide range of temperatures, clinical environments, and harsh industrial conditions. The Tubewriter 360 system can print up to 2500 tubes per hour and uses waterproof, chemically resistant, industrial-grade inks.

The Tubewriter 360 Vial Labeling System can print logos, warning symbols, and manufacturing marks and features adjustable alphanumeric heights from 2-10 mm. This tube writer will print 2-5 lines with text per line, limited by the labware format.

Partnered with the Tubewriter 360 is a Videojet 1520 inkjet printer with a flexible platform capable of 1-5 lines of print and speeds between 279 -36 meters per minute (dependent on how many lines are needed.) This system allows users to set up their labels quickly and clearly with a prompted user interface and monitor progress on the bright upfront display. Users also have the option of working on a connected PC. The Videojet 1520 connects to the tubewriter platform, working together to print your labware, and the platforms are swappable to safely cradle, align and organize tubes, vials and the like.
