The Tuttnauer 3870EA is a large-capacity tabletop autoclave with a capacity for up to 15 full-sized cassettes. This autoclave sterilizer is ideal for meeting the demands of multiple user needs at once, with a 15 x 30” chamber that’s long to accommodate longer instruments or a large quantity of smaller ones. From the upfront control panel on the 3870EA, users can set their parameters, choose from 3 preset programs, engage in a rapid cycle, or create and save their protocols for frequently used settings.

The Tuttnauer 3870ea Automatic Autoclave Sterilizer leverages a high-efficiency air pump and a closed-door drying system, using hot HEPA-filtered air to speed up drying time to keep items sterile and efficiently dry and ready for use. The interior is a slick, easy-to-clean stainless steel,  with a control lockout that prevents operation without the lock being properly engaged. The door can also not be opened while the contents are under pressure for added safety. Additional safety features include password protection and an insufficient water detector with automatic shut-off and an overtemperature cut-off, and in the event of a power outage, the cycle information can be recovered.
