The Vacuubrand CVC3000 is a Vacuum Controller with a user-friendly interface and two-point digital control. This vacuum regulator is configured for benchtop use, with a compact footprint and chemically resistant vacuum valve and hose connections, it’s ready to go right away. The CVC3000 measures the vacuum within the block thanks to the direct connection between the pump and the application. Using a vacuum controller for a vacuum process helps increase efficiency, increases solvent recovery rates, as well as extends the life of diaphragms and valves by reducing a solvent load on a pump.

The Vacuubrand CVC3000 Vacuum Controller has a detect function, for detecting the boiling pressure with solvent mixtures to save users time and prevent boiling retardation. This detect mode also increases reproducibility making it particularly useful in production and quality assurance. The microprocessor control of the CVC3000 is simple to operate with menu-driven software and a jog-wheel interface. Users can select from fourteen different languages and is capable of executing complex multi-step programs. Programs for this vacuum regulator can be set on the controller or through a connected PC. This Digital Vacuum controller also comes with a VSP 3000 gauge sensor with pressure down to 10-3 mbar and an upper measuring limit of 1000/750. This Pirani gauge sensor is rugged with chemically resistant plastic and ceramic construction.
