Virtis Advantage Freeze Dryer
The VirTis Advantage Plus EL -85 Benchtop Freeze Dryer offers capacity and performance typically found in a larger-scale lyophilizer in a compact benchtop model. This lyophilizer has a shelf temperature range between -50° to +60°C with a condenser temperate as low as -85°C. The VirTis Advantage Plus EL -85 has manifold and tray-type drying capabilities and dual compressors with 1/3 and 3/4 hp power. This lyophilizer is microprocessor controlled through the easy-to-use Wizard 2.0 controller, with a 16-line by 35-character backlit display and a synoptic screen for precise control. This digital control screen can store up to 16 user-defined protocols, saving time and effort.
The VirTis Advantage Plus EL -85 Benchtop Freeze Dryer is partnered with a Pascal 2005 rotary vane vacuum pump. This vacuum pump is oil-sealed and has an anti-suck back system to ensure the pump’s tightness while in operation. The Edwards pump has a speed of 3.53 cfm at 60Hz, and a noise level of 48 dB(A) @ 50 Hz
