VWR Dura Shaker CO2 Resistant Shaker

This CO2 resistant shaker is ideal for use in cell culture applications where CO2 and humidity are required for optimal cell growth. The controls are situated on an external module that is designed to be operated outside of the incubator. The control module is attached by a thin ribbon cable that easily slides underneath most incubator doors or utility ports. This shaker can withstand even the harshest environments, up to 100% humidity, and the controller module is magnetic to be able to stick to incubator doors if desired.

This shaker features a powerful eccentric drive and a brushless motor that will last a lifetime and is maintenance free.  The Accu-Drive shaking system features a gentle ramp up to maximum speed that prevents sloshing, and continuously monitors shaking speed to maintain your desired set point. The controls are simple push button controls situated on the front of the controller module, with LED displays for speed and time.  The timer can be set from 1 second to 160 hours.

This shaker has a speed range of 15-500 rpm with a 19mm orbit, and can support a maximum load of 15.9 kg, or up to 3x 500mL to 2L flasks.  Flask holders and clamps are available from the manufacturer.
