The VWR Galaxy Mini Centrifuge is an affordable and dependable low-speed personal centrifuge. Ideal for quick spins, microfiltration, and cell separations, this compact minicentrifuge can be placed just about anywhere, on your workbench for easy access or even in a cold room. This small centrifuge has digital control for both speed and time.
This small centrifuge quickly starts reaching up to 7200 x g / 10000 RPM making it ideal for microfiltration and pelleting small cell cultures. The dynamically controlled braking brings the fixed angle rotor to a soft stop so samples are not disturbed. The built-in timer has a maximum time of 99 minutes, which begins once the rotor has reached its designated speed and stops the spin once time has elapsed.
