VWR Magnetic Stir Plate
The VWR Magnetic Stir Plate provides microprocessor-controlled speed with a bright white surface to offset samples. This laboratory stirrer has an MOT range of between 60 and 1600 RPM powered by a continuous-duty motor. Settings are controlled on the upfront dial control for easy setting. This 7 x 7-inch hotplate has a bright white ceramic top that’s chemically resistant, reflective, and easy to clean. The construction also features housing channels that whisk away fluids during a spill.
These stir plates’ low-profile design means they take up less space on the bench and can slip easily into a fume hood. This hot plate stirrer features advanced electronics to help regulate speed, including a ramping feature that slowly increases the speed to prevent sloshing.
