Yamato DP43 Vacuum Drying Oven
The Yamato DP43 Vacuum Drying Oven gives users a large capacity oven best suited for drying, baking, desiccating, annealing applications as well as and storing samples under vacuum. Set on a storage cabinet with caster wheels, this convenient oven can be moved to where you need it in the lab while holding your vacuum pump, saving space, and reducing overall noise.
The chamber of this Yamato Vacuum Oven is 3 cu ft in capacity, with sandwiched 3″ rock wool insulation, positive door catches, and an airtight silicone gasket that keeps vacuum loss to 0.6mm Hg a day. Below the vacuum oven door are the controls where users can select their desired time and temperature, choose an auto start and stop, set their timer, choose from 16 ramps and dwell segments.
The temperature range runs from 40 to 200°C / 104-392°F and a vacuum can be chosen from 760 to 1 torr. The built-in timer allows users to leave the oven unattended for a maximum of 999 hours. On the bright LED display of this vacuum drying oven you can also find both the set and actual temperature for monitoring progress. The Yamato DP43 Vacuum Drying Oven has several safety features including a self-diagnostic, overtemperature monitoring, and a backup battery.
