Yamato SQ500C Sterilizer provides easy-to-use sterilization, mediums, and liquids, and melting of culture mediums, and top-loading access. This Lab autoclave operates at a temperature range of between 105-135°C, for protein modification at 135°C. The Yamato Autoclave has an internal capacity of 50 liters, with a smooth, rounded non-reactive stainless-steel chamber for easy loading and unloading of baskets. The Yamato SQ500C also has three female thread ports for sensors, one exhaust valve, and one slow-release valve.

This sterilizer machine is simple to operate from the upfront control panel with preprogrammed keys for sterilization, liquid course, sterilize warm course, manual course for custom, repeatable temperature and time programming, as well as a melt warm course. Users can also set their desired temperature, and time from 1-99hrs and 59 minutes hours, choose a preheat setting and features a self-diagnostic function to ensure smooth operation. The forced air cooling through an axial fan motor of this autoclave shortens the cooldown time and gets you back up and running sooner. The Yamato SQ500C Sterilizer reaches a maximum pressure of 0.26 MPa and is contained with a tight-fitting securely latched closure.
