Zeiss Axiovert Inverted Fluorescence Microscope

The Zeiss Axiovert microscope is an inverted fluorescence laboratory microscope ideal for routine use in applications such as analyzing cell and tissue cultures and sediments in culture bottles, Petri dishes, microtiter plates, etc., in transmitted and fluorescent reflected light. This Zeiss Inverted Fluorescence microscope is comfortable, with 45° eyepieces, a stage height of only 188 mm, and low-mounted controls.

The Zeiss microscope features a modular design, continuously variable illuminance, and upright, uninverted images. This Axiovert also features a user-friendly phase contrast ring diaphragm slider and coaxial coarse and fine drive that controls the focus on the five-position lens turret. Brightness is compensated when changing from phase to brightfield through an attenuation filter. At the base is a port for photography, with automatic color temperature and the lamp at full voltage.

This inverted microscope is compatible with features such as fluorescence contrast using HBO 50 and reflectors. (See model includes)
