The Torrey Pines Scientific Cooling Incubator Echotherm IN45 provides bench-top, solid-state convection chilling/heating in an easy to use, easy to program compact instrument. This cooling incubator uses a Peltier-based system, and is compressor and cfc free, which eliminates vibration and is energy efficient to operate. The Echotherm IN45 is fully programmable from the intuitive digital control panel, 3 program storage slots each with 10 steps, a settable temperature range of 4.0° to 70.0°C a timer function, up to 30 days, with alarms. The compact 55-liter volume interior and temperature range make this an ideal choice for Protein crystal growth with virtually no vibration, hybridizations, enzyme reactions and deactivations, ligations, BODs and much more. This microprocessor-controlled incubator has audible alarms in case of temperature deviation and keeps uniformity in the chamber to ± 0.5°C through a convection fan.
