The Bioprofile FLEX2 is an automated, comprehensive cell culture analyzer with increased speed and easy operation. This lab analyzer eliminates the need to maintain chemistry sensors and reduces sample volume to just 275 microliters. The system also produces results in just 4.5 minutes. Automated sampling can be done from 96-well plates, syringes, or a 24-position load-and-go tray, giving users flexibility.

The Bioprofile FLEX2 analyzer features a full-color touchscreen that guides users through setups, choosing sampling modes, and analyzing results. To further simplify the workflow, the user can arrange onboard liquid QC to run at regular intervals and then automatically log in. This Chemical Analyzer is ideal for monitoring bioreactor runs, figuring out the consumption and production of key metabolites, helping to formulate feed strategies, and much more.

The Bioprofile FLEX2 analyzer has a full 16-cell culture test menu that includes Gluc, Lac, Gln, Glu, NH4+, Na+, K+, Ca++, pH, PCO2, PO2, total cell density, viable cell density, viability, cell diameter, and osmolality. This autosampler also features high capacity throughput, with a 48-position osmometer that enables walkaway operation of up to 48 samples. An automated option without intervention allows users to set up runs overnight or on weekends, freeing up the machine for non-automated cultures during the workday.
