Agilent 1100 HPLC

The Agilent 1100 HPLC offers you a customizable and highly accurate chromatography system for HPLC analysis. The Agilent series is robust and versatile with each component operating seamlessly in concert with the others or as standalone instruments controlled by a PC. These HPLC stacks come configured with components such a Variable Wavelength detector, Colcom, Autosampler, a pump, and a micro vacuum degasser. The Agilent G1312A Binary Pump provides high-pressure mixing and great gradient generation with a two-pump assembly for the Agilent 1100 HPLC, that work together, metering solvent and delivering to the high-pressure side, generating up to 400 Barr in pressure. An Agilent G1311A Quaternary Pump features a four pump gradient system, with enough space for 4 one-liter bottles.

The Agilent 1100 Series G1314A VWD is a high-performance Variable Wavelength Detector, that can be used independently or added as a component to an 1100 HPLC system. This VWD employs a deuterium lamp that provides high intensity and a low detection limit, with a wavelength range of 190-600 nm. The G1316A Colcom is a temperature-controlled column compartment built to handle Peltier heating and cooling and holds up to three 30cm columns. The Agilent Vacuum Degassers create a stable low flow rate through a 4-channel container, 4 tube membranes, and a vacuum pump.

An Agilent G1315A DAD is a diode array detector designed for maximum optical performance, this detector has a flexible slit setting from fine bands to highest sensitivity, with settings from 1 to 16 nm allowing users to customize and optimize their desired sensitivity, linearity, and spectral resolution. The fine structure of benzene can be revealed easily with this DAD at 1nm, even at 0.7mAUFS. The broad slit of 8 or 16nm can be chosen to minimize baseline noise thus enhancing sensitivity. The Agilent 1200 Series G1315B DAD features long-life deuterium and tungsten lamps for a wavelength range of 190-950mm and can handle 5 wavelengths simultaneously without loss of sensitivity.

Data acquired by this Chromatography system can is then processed with the controlling Chemstation software, with configurable reports and in-depth analysis including integration, quantification, and reporting, and it also allows you to automate and customize your whole instrument use.
