The Agilent 5200 Fragment Analyzer System gives your lab a dedicated capillary electrophoresis instrument capable of separating 12 samples at once. This not only speeds up workflow and improves efficiency, it offers a convenient and thorough means of DNA and RNA quality control for many different sample types, including gDNA, small RNA, cfDNA, large DNA fragments, total RNA, and mRNA. The fragment analyzer is a valuable tool in nucleic acid QC and genomic research, providing quick, accurate results for fragment size and sample integrity.

This system is compatible with several different capillary array lengths that offer maximum separation through parallel capillary electrophoresis. Users are able further boost productivity by loading and programming new samples during an active separation run. The system is paired with Agilent’s user-friendly 5200 Fragment Analyzer controller software that allows users to transfer data to a computer and process it. The software produces digital data visualizing DNA and RNA size, concentration, and quality, and generates error logs automatically to alert users of any missteps.

The 5200 Fragment Analyzer is ideal for low to medium throughput separation and requires very little daily set up. It can provide separation as good as three bp from fragments under 300 bp and is easy to switch between applications by loading two separate gels into the instrument to use different kits on the same system.  All of our lab equipment comes backed by our standard warranty.
