Agilent Stratagene Mx3005P qPCR System
The Stratagene MX3005P qPCR system from Agilent Technologies is a reliable and flexible PCR machine ideal for applications such as microarray data validation, gene expression analysis, DNA methylation analysis, SNP genotyping, pathogen detection, and more. The system features a single light source, a Quartz-tungsten halogen lamp and a single Photomultiplier tube (PMT), providing linear detection over 10 orders of magnitude, and uniform, repeatable results every time.
The thermal system is Peltier-based, with a 96 well block and a temperature range of 25°C to 99 °C. For multiplexing capabilities, the MX3005P uses a filter wheel with the option of five filter sets (4 filter sets on the MX3000P), compatible with most dyes. Assays are streamlined thanks to the scanning fiber optic head design which reduces the need for signal correction or calibration steps. The Stratagene MX3005P is an excellent choice for researchers that need a trusted and reliable system at a great price that fits their budget.
