The UVP Crosslinker CL-3000M is a microprocessor-controlled method of membrane crosslinking, UV-induced mutations, biomolecular crosslinking, surface disinfection, and PCR contaminant elimination. This UV crosslinker provides near-uniform UVC lighting at a wavelength of 302 nm, displays real-time dosage monitoring, and ensures reproducibility. The UVP crosslinker is made of quality components, such as an aluminum UV exposure chamber and a quartz disk to protect the UV sensor cell, nestled in housing that’s easy to clean.

The UVP crosslinker cl 3000 features a large display and is programmed with predefined methods and digital control with a built-in radiometer for accurate dosing. Users can view irradiation as either energy Joules/cm2) or time in seconds. The energy range is 0000.1 – 9999.9 mJ/cm² (0 – 10 J/cm²), and time can be programmed between 000:01 – 999:59 (>300 J/cm²). The control system continuously monitors the six 8-watt bulbs. It stops immediately when the desired energy is achieved, which has the added effect of compensating for decreasing UV intensity due to age.
