The Analytik Jena qTower3 Touch brings you unrivaled flexible and reliable real-time PCR with fast and precise results. This real time pcr machine is outfitted with a 96 well block, with sample volumes ranging from 10µl to 80µl, although volumes as low as 5µl have been successfully tested. The qTower3 Touch sports an easy to use and intuitive 10” touch screen control and sample analysis system. The system can also be controlled by an external computer running Analytik Jena qTower3’s powerful qPCR software. With the 96 well block, the qTower3 heats at a rate of 8.0°C/sec.

Samples are illuminated equally with an RGBW LED light source, which works for all common dyes/probes, and has enhanced capacity for fluorescence into the dark red. For simultaneous multiplex assays, up to 6 different color modules can be installed.  The Analytik Jena qTower3 is an open platform system, compatible with most brands of microplates and most common kits and mastermixes. Thanks to its fiber-optic scanning head with eight light fibers, the qTower3 can scan an entire microplate in 6 seconds.
