The Azure Biosystems 600 Imager offers your lab multiple digital image capture options ranging from NIR, Visible light, and UV channels in a powerful and compact footprint. This Azure Western Blot instrument captures in  NIR, RGB, Chemi, UV, blue light, trans white, and true color, giving you the most flexibility, and is backed by robust software to analyze results afterward. The high sensitivity and low background fluorescence, with two NIR channels and up to 4 channel fluorescence detection from RGB to NIR spectrum, allow quantitative western blotting.

The Azure 600 has a high-resolution camera, providing users with publication-ready images that outperform film. This system leverages pixel binning to optimize sensitivity and resolution and collect more light, giving you better image quality and increasing signal without increasing noise.

The integrated darkroom and analysis software allows users to select from preset protocols and autofocus, illumination, and filter control or generate custom protocols to capture publication-ready images. Adjustable settings include excitation sources, emission filters, image overlays, lens aperture, exposure time, focus, distance to the camera, and resolution, all set from the upfront full-color display.

The 600 Model includes a 9.1MP Camera and Blue LED, RGB LED, and 685nm and 784nm Solid-State Laser epi-illumination.

The c600 model includes an 8.3MP Camera and White LED, Blue LED, RGB LED, and 660nm and 785nm LD Laser Epi- illumination.
