Beckman DU 520 UV Vis Spectrophotometer
The Beckman DU 520 UV Vis Spectrophotometer provides complete scanning with flexible sample modules and robust application programming. This UV Vis spectrophotometer has a wavelength range of 190 to 1100 nm, with a spectral bandwidth of < 4.5 nm, and a scanning speed of 40 to 1000 nm/min at a resolution of 0.2 nm. This spectrophotometer is an ideal choice for life science and applications using single & multiple wavelength analysis, wavelength scanning, spectral manipulation, time-based kinetic/rate determination, and single component analysis of concentration determination.
The Beckman DU 520 Spectrophotometer stores up to 200 discrete wavelength readings, 10 wavelength scans, and 10 kinetic analyses in memory. This spectrophotometer will also store up to 100 user-defined protocols, built around the application modes in the instrument. Full-text prompts and soft keys guarantee user-friendly interfacing with this UV-vis spectrophotometer via a graphical, backlit liquid-crystal display. This uv spectrophotometer includes a parallel printer port and an RS-232 serial interface port. Multi-language support in English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Japanese are included
