The CFX 96 Connect Real-Time PCR from BioRad provides easy-to-use, 2-target analysis, partnered with powerful software and precise thermal control to deliver sensitive, dependable detection for results you can count on. This 3-channel qPCR system quickly set up runs and monitor amplification traces in real-time while the 96 well block maintains excellent uniformity and thermal performance throughout with six independently controlled thermal electrical heating and cooling elements.

The Peltier heating of this real-time PCR heats the lid to 105°C, has a temperature range of 0-100°C, has a programable gradient range of between 1–24°C, with a uniformity of ±0.4 well-to-well, and a ramp rate of 3.3 degrees per second. The solid-state optical system of the Biorad CFX Connect Optics is ideal for fluorophores detection, with no cross-talk, and high sensitivity.

The Bio-Rad CFX Connect Real-Time PCR has a sample size capacity of 1–50µl, though 10-25 is optimal, and has a wavelength range of 450–580 nm.
